4. Joint Public Hearing with Council and Planning Commission; Final Reading: Annexation and Zoning of properties located at 445 and 459 Dupre Road, TMS 766-00-00-007 and TMS 766-00-00-003 as Residential (R) (see attached)

5. Discussion of Zoning/Tree Ordinance Issues (Councilman Bates)

6. Discussion and/or approval of new dock engineered drawings (see attached),(see attached)

7. Update from Councilman Bates regarding the placement of the Torii Gate.

New Business

8. Resolution for the Adoption of the FEMA-Approved 2019 Charleston Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan and Program for Public Information Plan by Town of McClellanville (see attached)

9. Discussion of Dollar General parking lot

10. Executive Session: Pursuant to SC Code Section 30-4-70(a)(1) and (a)(2) Council will meet in executive session to discuss:

  • legal advice on contractual matters
  • personnel issues relating to staff evaluations and possible COL/merit increases

11. Return to public session. Upon returning to public session, Council may act on matters discussed in executive session.
