6. Updates on Greenbelt Property purchases, removal and replacement of Government Dock, and Pedestrian Bridge Project

7. Update from Councilman Bates on McClellanville Solar Farm Research

8. Final Reading: An Ordinance to amend Section 5.1.6.3(c) of the Town’s Zoning and Land Development Ordinance to increase the rear setback requirement to 10 feet from the property line and decrease the side setback requirement to 3 feet from the property line for commercial structures in the historic district where overlaying the Village Commercial district. (attachment)

9. Final Reading: An Ordinance to amend Section 3.4.4(c)(3) of the Town’s Zoning and Land Development Ordinance to allow a single, one-story non-habitable accessory structure 120 square feet or less to be established on a lot prior to the principal use. (attachment)

10. Final Reading: An Ordinance to amend Section 3.4.4(c)(6), subsection a., of the Town’s Zoning and Land Development Ordinance to require a setback of 6 inches from the property line for fences, Walls, driveways and other structures less than 6” in height along the perimeter of properties. (attachment)

New Business

11. First reading: An Ordinance to Repeal and Replace the Town’s Current Business License (attached)

12. First Reading: An Ordinance to amend Section 5.2.4(d) to increase the maximum building height in the Residential Zoning District to Maximum Height of Structure above the minimum design flood elevation required by the adopted Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance to 38 feet or existing grade, whichever is higher and to amend Sections 5.3.5.4 Village Commercial and 5.5.3.4 Marine Commercial to increase the maximum height of structures to 38 feet above the minimum design flood elevation required by the adopted Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance. 13. First Reading: An Ordinance to Annex a landlocked 2.85-acre tract bearing Charleston County TMS# 744-00-00-224 with a zoning designation as Residential. (Adjacent to TMS# 744-00-00-224) (attachment)

14. Discussion of American Rescue Plan funds

15. A resolution designating Town Administrator Michelle McClellan as the Municipality’s authorized representative and contact person pursuant to American Rescue Plan Act. (attachment)

16. Consideration of partnering with the museum to place permanent lights under Town Hall

17. Consideration of Open Carry with Training Act as it pertains to Town Hall and Town Events (see attached)

18. Notification of approval of the 2021 Annual Update to the Charleston Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan (see update attached))

19. Discussion FEMA- Skipper’s Point Base Flood Elevation
