Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) Application

The Board of Zoning Appeals convene to hear appeals to zoning determinations or to obtain a variance to an ordinance. Board of Zoning Appeals are heard when applicants believe to have extraordinary circumstances or conditions that exist.
