Fireworks Ordinance As the holidays approach, please be mindful of the Town’s Firework’s Ordinance. It is unlawful for any person or persons to light, fire, ignite or discharge fireworks within the limits of the Town of McClellanville except between the hours of 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM on the 4th of July and between the hours of 6:00 PM on December 31st and 1:00 AM on January 1st, unless drought conditions exist, and a red flag warning has been issued for the Town. All fireworks discharged in the Town shall be under the direct supervision of a responsible adult. The Town would also like to remind residents that veterans, children and pets can be startled and upset by the noise of fireworks.  Please be considerate of your neighbors.
