Architectural Review Board/Design Review Board Vacancies

The Town is seeking two qualified, interested individuals to serve on this board.

The Architectural Review Board reviews applications for new construction, additions or alterations to existing structures, and signs in the Historic District. They also act as the Design Review Board for proposed new construction, additions/alterations and signage in the Highway Commercial District. The Board consists of five members and meets regularly on the third Tuesday of each month at 7 PM. State law requires that new Board members participate in a six hour planning orientation session within a year of appointment. After the initial training, Board members must complete three hours of continuing education annually.

Those interested in applying should inform the Town Office in writing, stating his/her interest and qualifications for serving.
