Public Hearing

The McClellanville Town Council will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at Town Hall, 405 Pinckney Street. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input on an Ordinance for Dissolution of the McClellanville Municipal Court, Municipal Court Judge Post and the Transfer of Current and Future Cases to the Charleston County Magistrate Court
