The Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of McClellanville, SC will hold a public hearing at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at Town Hall, 405 Pinckney Street.
The purpose of the hearing will be to hear the following requests:
A request for a variance of Section 6.4(c) to remove a grand tree, as required per the provisions of Section 6.8(b), on property located at 533 Pinckney Street, Charleston County Tax Map #766-0200-010.
A request for a variance of Section 6.4(c) to remove two grand trees, as required per the provisions of Section 6.8(b), on property located at 210 Charlotte Street, Charleston County Tax Map #764-14-00-111.
