McClellanville Architectural Review Board Meeting March 16, 2021
The purpose of the McClellanville Architectural Review Board is to ensure that the historic integrity of significant or contributing properties is preserved so that the integrity of the village’s historic character is not compromised.

- ARB consideration of Marc Sigmon and Kara Ernst. This application is for consideration of a new coastal cottage single family home. Will be 2 story, 3 Br, 2.5 bath with 1,900 heated square feet. Drive under foundation on slab footings. HardiPlank siding, exposed rafters on porches. 5V crimped metal roof. House setback approx. 70 feet from Mercantile.
