McClellanville Architectural Review Board Meeting April 19, 2022


The purpose of the McClellanville Architectural Review Board is to ensure that the historic integrity of significant or contributing properties is preserved so that the integrity of the village’s historic character is not compromised.

  1. Consideration of meeting minutes from March 15, 2022.
  2. ARB consideration of 210 Cassena Street submitted by Geoffrey Rogers.  This application is for consideration of alterations to driveway and the addition of a new 8’x10′ shed to be located near the back property line behind the back left corner of the main house. The property is at 210 Cassena Street and is in the Historic District.
  3. ARB consideration of 207 Scotia Street. This application is for consideration of new, aluminum carport located forward to the existing garage on back right corner of property. It is a contributing property in the Historic District.
