The purpose of the McClellanville Architectural Review Board is to ensure that the historic integrity of significant or contributing properties is preserved so that the integrity of the village’s historic character is not compromised.

• ARB re-consideration of application for 845 Pinckney St. This application is for the replacement of windows on the front and side of house.  This property is zoned Residential and located within both the Town’s and National Register Historic Districts.
