McClellanville Architectural Review Board Meeting

The purpose of the McClellanville Architectural Review Board is to ensure that the historic integrity of significant or contributing properties is preserved so that the integrity of the village’s historic character is not compromised.

1. Consideration of meeting minutes from October 15, 2024 and January 29, 2025.
2. ARB consideration of 338 McClellan Ave. This application is for replacement of lattice on the home’s foundation, replacement of vinyl shutters, installation of a new wooden front door and copper lanterns, and replacement of railings on front porch. The property is located in the Residential Historic District.
