Meeting notification regarding an application to amend the Highway 17 N Overlay District. This is regarding a 26 arce proposed subdivision at the corner of Highway 45 and Randall Road. They are requesting to change the Charleston County Comprehensive Plan and remove three parcels from the overlay district (which follows the Town’s zoning regulations).
